Confederate History Month

Last week, Virginia Governer Bob McDonnell declared the month of April as Confederate History Month. In his declaration he quietly posted online, he never once mentioned slavery. When confronted about it, Mr. McDonnell said it was an oversight, and said it was to promote tourism in Virginia, and then down played the importance of slavery as a cause of the Civil War. As a repsonse I made this image and took it to RavenCon held iin Richmond, VA.
